We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Charges are calculated automatically when you check out. If you have any questions about shipping then please ask and we can help. 

Currently we only ship within New Zealand, we will be offering international shipping soon.

Returns Policy

We have a seven day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return on all full priced items. No returns or exchanges on sale items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@floreana.co.nz. Return shipping will be at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
